Hey, I just wanted to say sorry for the lack of posts here for the past week or so. I’m now in Ireland on vacation (also to see and meet Jenna) and I haven’t had a lot of time to post news and photos. I will be going to the tour July 2nd in Dublin, and if any of you guys are going to be there then, tweet me! @ushkowitz_fan
Awesome, I’ll be back posting regularly in about 5 days, so look out for many new posts and photos!

Today, I got an interview from Laura from Seventeen.Com, and she told me about an interview seventeen did with Jenna at the Samsung AT&T Spring Fling event that Jenna, Kevin and Naya attended. Check it out below!
Seventeen: What’s your favorite song to perform on tour right now?
Jenna Ushkowitz: I love to do “Born this Way,” and I still love to do “Don’t Stop Believing.” It’s our anthem. It’s our song!
17: Speaking of “Born this Way,” did you ever have that moment where you came to peace with yourself, and being happy with who you are?
JU: I think it came when I was in college. Cause in high school, I was a theater geek, and I didn’t realize until I went to college, ‘I’m weird.’ But when I hit 21, I was just like, ‘This is who I am. This is who I’m going to be. And that’s what it is.’
17: What advice do you have for girls who are struggling to get to that place of acceptance?
JU: I hope they figure it out earlier than I did. But just to look at yourself and say, ‘I’m beautiful.’ To know that and trust that makes you feel beautiful. So, believe it.
17: What’s the best relationship advice you can give right now?
JU: Don’t take yourself too seriously. Things are going to happen. Go with it. Live in the moment, day by day, and don’t stress about the future. People are so caught up in looking into the future, that they kind of lose what’s in front of them.

Could some of Glee‘s most popular characters, like Lea Michele’s Rachel and Cory Monteith’s Finn, be seeing their final season on the Fox hit? Apparently so, according to an interview that series co-creator Ryan Murphy gave to Ryan Seacrest on Friday. There have been rumblings that the show’s seniors would indeed graduate from McKinley High at the end of season 3 and Murphy seemed to confirm that. Said Murphy, “That is true. I don’t think of it in terms of eliminating or replacing. Because I think the thing about this cast is people love them and they are incredibly talented. They’ve left sort of an indelible mark.” He added, “The thing that I wanted to do and the cast wanted to do, we didn’t want to have a show where they were in high school for eight years. We really wanted it to be true to that experience. We thought it would be really cool if we were true to the timeline.”
Murphy used Darren Criss and Chord Overstreet as examples of the show incorporating new characters, and finding fresh Glee faces is the focus of the Oxygen reality series The Glee Project, which Murphy is an executive producer and judge; the winner of the reality show will get a 7-episode role on the third season of Glee. Said Murphy, “We’ve got Matt Morrison and Jane Lynch who will stay and be the male and female lynchpins of the series, but I think the fun thing about the show is it’s a celebration of youth and talent and I think that just like with the original cast, I think finding those young unknown people and giving them an opportunity to break into the business and become stars is a really fun and exciting thing and is the spirit of the series.”

Comic-Con: it’s not just for nerds anymore — it’s for Gleeks, too!
TV Line reports that cast members from Glee will head to San Diego next month to take part in the annual uber convention. The panel discussion — with co-creators Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, and not-yet-announced cast members — will happen on Sunday, July 24. (Last year Matthew Morrison, Lea Michele, Dianna Agron, and Cory Monteith were a part of the panel.)
Sadly, if you haven’t already nabbed tix, you may be relegated to waiting by the entrance armed with sunscreen and hope at a peek of said cast members, because all passes for the mega-event are sold out.
But do check back for more pics and deets from the event here!
